Refund/Cancellation
Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your user account.
- Navigate to the “Cancel Order” section.
- Select the appropriate cancellation reason:
Pre-shipment cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for Manufacturing Defects: Refunds will only be provided if the product has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Go to the “Support Ticket” section in your user profile under “My Orders” within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide detailed information about the defect and include clear photographs.
Refunds for Pre-shipment Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the refund will be processed as follows:
- The refund will be initiated to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, debit card), minus a deduction.
- The deduction will cover administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
